Submit a Request
On Site Consultation
As you can imagine we will need to get exact measurements of the area and visually inspect the opening so we can anticipate any issues that might arise in advance. This will be your opportunity to present any additional questions or concerns before ordering your product(s). We will review your project needs to make sure we have the perfect fit for your design needs. We will supply you with anticipated lead times for your product(s).
Contract Signing
During this phase, we will finalize your contract. We will review everything in detail with you so you can be confident in your purchase. This phase will be the time we officially purchase your product(s), and relay scheduling dates and times with you when they are available. Our team will order your product(s) based on your selections and specifications. We will handle all communication with the manufacturer and keep you in the loop.
Installation
When your order arrives, our installers will treat your home as if it was our own and make sure that everything is installed properly and in a timely manner and all areas we enter are cleaned to the state they were before we entered.
Follow Up After Completion
One of our window specialists will follow up to ensure your complete customer satisfaction. We will also discuss any operating questions or general questions you may have.
